The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, despite moving the application, no removal of encroachment is carried out on the spot. Only directions to remove the same have been issued. 2.

On the contrary, the learned A.G.P. submits that actually there was no direction from this Court to remove the encroachment. However, he undertakes to take instructions in this regard. 3.

As such, stand over to 09.10.2025.
