Mr. Y. H. Lagad, learned Advocate for the petitioner would submit that despite the order passed by the learned Labour Court, Aurangabad, thereby the respondents were directed to reinstate the petitioner in service with effect from 25.08.2015, the respondents have not reinstated the petitioner. Mr. Lagad, learned Advocate would further submit that the order by the learned Labour Court was passed after hearing the respondents. He would further submit that even the respondents also challenged that order before the learned Industrial Court as also before this Court, wherein they could not succeed.

Mr. Y. H. Lagad, learned Advocate would submit that although the petitioner has approached this Court belatedly, however considering the fact that the petitioner is a poor labour having no source of income and knowledge of law, the Contempt Petition is filed now.

Issue notice to the respondents returnable on 25.11.2025.

The matter be listed after service of notice is complete. In the meantime, petitioner shall take recourse to the provisions enumerated in Chapter II of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, corresponding to the stage and requirement of matter.
