During the course of argument, it has been canvassed that, in pursuance to the order dated 28.04.2025, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Court No. -2, Aurangabad, below Exhibit- 6, in RCC No. 1827 of 2023, the Investigating Officer required to file Additional Charge-sheet, however, till date, no such charge-sheet has been filed.

The learned AGP appearing for Respondents-State submits that, the Investigating Officer has already been transferred and also he has already obtained the order of extension of time to file supplementary Charge-sheet and seeks time to file copy of the order.

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, till date 3 to 4 times the extension of time was sought, but no such charge-sheet has been filed till date.
