Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner at length. 2.
By the present petition, the petitioner prayed for taking action against the respondent nos.1 to 4 under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act and for breach of order dated 12.11.2024 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.12097/2024.

In para 8 of the petition, the petitioner made a statement that though this Court passed an order on 12.11.2024 and the respondents are well aware about grant of stay to the judgment and order dated 13.09.2024 passed by the learned Joint Charity Commissioner in Appeal No.22/2023. The respondents have issued communications / letters to the Headmaster of
( 2 ) 939 cp 842.25 the school run by the trust, however, the said communications / letters does not show that the respondents have breached the order passed by this Court on 12.11.2024. Therefore, no cause of action lies in favour of the petitioner to exercise the jurisdiction under the Contempt of Courts Act and hence the petition is dismissed.
