Learned Counsel for Respondent No.3 produced on record the communication dated 13.01.2026 mentioning that all the 15 petitioners in the contempt petition will be getting revised pay inclusive of advance increment, since the order to that effect is already passed and at present the process of pay fixation is in progress. It is further mentioned that once the process of pay fixation is carried out then the same will be presented to the Account General, Nagpur.

Further as per the annexures in the said communication one Mr. Tukaram Panditrao Dandge is also getting revised pay as per 6th and 7th pay commission.

According to the learned Counsel for Respondent No.3, for completion of this entire process and actual payment of the revised pay as per 6th pay commission will take 4-5 months. The said communication is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification and it is treated as an undertaking to this Court. 4.

Therefore, in view of the aforesaid undertaking, we dispose of the present contempt petition.
