Learned A.G.P. submits that the letter dated 04.11.2025 for taking possession of the petitioner's land i.e. Survey No.57 (Gut No.120) is now withdrawn, and therefore, there is no willful disobedience of the directions of this Court. However, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to file short affidavit of re-joinder to the reply filed by contemnor.
