Heard Shri Patne learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for respondent no.6 and learned AGP for the State.

By the present petitioner, the petitioner prayed for action under section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act against Respondent Nos. 1 and 2/contemnors for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 5468 of 2023, dated 03.01.2024. 3.
On perusal of the order dated 03.01.2024, it appears that the document in the suit was impounded and it was sent for the stamping. The petitioner has paid the entire deficit stamp duty and respondent No.1 was to forward the document to the Trial Court within a period of four weeks and thereupon, the learned trial court was directed to
932co883-25 dispose of the said proceeding expeditiously and in any event, within a period period of 12 months.

Mrs. Keerthi Kiran Pujar, Collector, Dharashiv, filed an affidavit stating that, in compliance with the said order, the document has been impounded, the deficit fee has been paid, and the said document has also been filed before the learned Trial Court. 5.
In view of the above, the order passed by this court has been duly complied with and the contempt stands purged. 6.
