The contempt petition is moved for violating the order of this Court dated 4.10.2025 in Writ Petition No. 9566/2025. It is brought to the notice of this Court that husband has given undertaking to this Court that he would deposit 50% of the due amount. It is pointed out that the husband has deposited more than 50% amount i.e. Rs. 2,55,000/- on 31.10.2025 which 50% amount would come to Rs.2,25,000/-. As regards balance amount, the applicant is at liberty to move execution proceeding. Prima facie, there is no violation of the order of this Court. The contempt petition is dismissed.
