Learned counsel Ms. Sharayu Baburao Pethkar, holding for Ms. Vaishali Shinde, for Respondent Nos. 5 to 8, places on record a letter dated 26/11/2025 stating that Class- VIII has not been started for the academic year 2025-2026, as per the certificate of the Principal. Accordingly, she submits that the direction of this Court has been complied with. This fact is also confirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present contempt petition and the same stands disposed of.
