On instructions from Joint Director of Health, learned AGP submits that petitioner is appointed by 'National Health Mission Rugna Kalyan Samiti' operating at Zilla Parishad level. 2.
Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the said Samiti has appointed the petitioner under National Health Mission Scheme.

Learned AGP submits that no prior approval of the State Government was taken before appointing the petitioner and, therefore, special provision will have to be made to pay salary of the petitioner. For this purpose, funds will have to be raised by the State Government. The sga 1/2
990.2025CP same will have to be transferred to the Zilla Parishad. He seeks three months time to carry out this exercise.

It is to be noted here that this Court has issued directions to the respondents and till date the petitioner is receiving Rs. 5,000/- per month.

Learned AGP submits that the petitioner is paid daily wages and not consolidated sum of Rs. 5,000/- per month. 6.
We are not going into these aspects. We are concerned about the implementation of the directions issued by this Court. 7.
In the light of the above, we grant two months time, as a last chance to the respondents to make the arrangement and release the funds to the Zilla Parishad for making payment of back wages to the petitioner, failing which we will be taking contempt action against the respondents.
