Learned AGP submits that the effect of order of S.D.O. Latur/Additional Collector, Latur in respect of mutation entry No.145 has already been taken into record of rights of concerned land and the original position before certification of mutation entry No.145 is restored. Under such circumstances, it is for the petitioners to take appropriate steps for recording their names in the Record of Rights of the concerned land being legal heirs of Rama Govindrao Mule. 3.

In view of the same, when the directions of this Court is complied with, we dispose of the present Contempt Petition with a liberty to the petitioners to take out appropriate proceedings for redressal of their grievance.
