The applicants seek to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondent/acquiring body. In pursuance of the order passed by this Court, respondent deposited 75% of the amount.
932-CA.5-26 & ors (932,937).odt This Court has repeatedly taken a consistent view in such matters by permitting the claimants to withdraw the amount on certain conditions. One such common order dated 27.11.2025 has been placed on record. I propose to follow the same course.

Applicants are entitled to receive 75% of the amount deposited by the acquiring body with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking and balance 25% on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). 3.
Civil applications are allowed.

List the present appeals for final disposal on 19.01.2026 along with First Appeal No.2325 of 2025 and others. Civil Applications for Stay 5.
As the amount has been deposited in pursuance of the earlier order, ad-interim relief granted earlier shall stand confirm.
