This is for speaking to the minutes of the Order dated 28/11/2025. The contention of the Appellant is, that the Consent Terms dated 28/11/2025 entered into between the parties and their daughter-Ms. Samridhi Sahay, do not contain the details of the Fixed Deposits. Learned Counsel appearing for the parties make a joint request to add the details of the Fixed Deposits in the consent terms. Manisha 1/2

Both the parties have tendered the fresh consent terms duly signed by the parties with details of Fixed Deposits. Accordingly, we permit both the parties to substitute the consent terms containing the details of the Fixed Deposits as mentioned in paragraph no.3 of the earlier consent terms.

In paragraph no.8 of the Order dated 28/11/2025, the consent terms which are reproduced verbatim be deleted and the new consent terms tendered today on record by the parties be substituted. 4.

Corrected copy of order dated 28/11/2025 be uploaded after taking on record the new consent terms.
