The applicants seek to withdrawn amount of Rs. 31,53,726/- deposited by respondent-Acquiring Body. Both parties are unanimous that in similarly situated matters this Court permitted the claimants to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking and 25% of the amount of compensation on furnishing solvent surety/security. I propose to follow the same course. 2.

The Civil Application is partly allowed permitting the applicants/claimants to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking and 25% of the amount of compensation with accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Balance amount shall be invested in any Nationalized Bank.
