Pursuant to our order dated 4th December, 2025, the Police from Khadak Police Station visited the residence of the Appellant / Applicant along with a Counsellor from Muskan. 1/3

Learned Addl.PP has placed before us, a copy of the police report, statement of the Appellant / Applicant and Respondent's daughter and the Psychologist's report. The said report be kept in a sealed envelope. At this juncture, we refrain from disclosing what is there in the report, considering that the statement of the girl is going to be recorded again after ensuring that she is not under the influence of either of the party. We make it clear that neither the Applicant / Appellant nor the Respondent in any way to influence the child to give her statement, in a particular manner.

Stand over to 6th January, 2026. Needless to state that the Respondent to permit the Appellant / Applicant to meet the daughter as permitted by the Family Court till the next date. 4.

Considering the grievance made by the learned counsel for the Appellant / Applicant, the learned counsel for the Respondent has tendered the new address of the Respondent to 2/3

the learned counsel for the Appellant / Applicant where the Respondent is presently residing with her daughter. Affidavit-inreply, if any, to be filed in the Registry before the next date with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the Appellant / Applicant.
