Heard learned Advocates for the respective parties. 2.
By the present petition, the Petitioner assails the order dated 22.10.2018, passed by Respondent No.2-State Information Commissioner, Nashik, whereby appeal filed by Petitioner came to be dismissed.

During the pendency of the petition, on 11.07.2025, Respondent No.3-Tahsildar, Ahmednagar (Revenue) filed an Additional
2 of 2 992-WP.782.2020 Affidavit-in-reply. In paragraph 13 thereof, it is stated that the concerned file was traced on 08.07.2025 and the necessary information has been sent to the Petitioner by RPAD. Paragraph 13 reads as under: "13.
In view of what is stated herein above it would be ample clear that the respondent authorities had not acted intentionally, but the necessary information could not be provided to the petitioner, as the concern file could not be traced out in the Tahasil Office at Ahilyanagar and after great search and hard work of the employees of the Tahasil Office, the File was traced out on 08.07.2025 and the necessary information has been traced out and the copy of the necessary information has also been sent to the petitioner by RPAD."

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner, therefore, accepted the said position, stating that the Petitioner has received the information in the year 2025. In view of the Additional Affidavit-in-reply filed by Respondent No.3, the purpose of the petition stands served. 5.
Hence, the petition is disposed of.

In view of disposal of writ petition, civil application does not survive and it is also disposed of.
