The present application is filed by the Municipal Corporation, stay to the impugned judgment and order dated 05.052025 passed by the learned 4th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalgaon in L.A.R. No.94 of 2021. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B', subject to condition that applicant body shall deposit entire compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon, twelve (12) weeks from today.
