By this application, the Applicants prays for extension of time, as this Court, vide its order dated 01.12.2025, directed the Collector, Jalna to pay the amount within a period of four weeks. 2.

Learned AGP submits that due to certain official exigencies, the said order has not been complied with till date and, therefore, some further time is required for compliance. Learned AGP accordingly seeks extension of time by eight weeks.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, I am inclined to grant the same.

In view thereof, the application is allowed.
