Learned counsel Mr. Soman for the insurance company as well as learned counsel Mr. Kulkarni complain about not being supplied with copy of civil application for withdrawal. It is brought to the notice of this Court that by order dated 09.07.2013, this court had directed District Court, Ahmednagar to decide RCA No. 310/2011 within six months. This Court is not yet made aware as to whether said appeal is decided or not. Learned counsel Mr. Chormal undertakes to furnsh copy of said order and also to hand over copy to the other side along with copies of civil application, which are not yet supplied to the other side.
