This is an application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Insurance Company as the first appeal filed by the original claimants has been partly allowed by this court by judgment and order dated 15.10.2025.

Learned counsel Mr. Gatne for insurance company has no objection.

Learned counsel for applicants points out that applicant no.1 mother has not maintained bank account, and therefore, she requested to transfer the amount in the account of applicant no.2 her son and there is no objection by applicant no.1 mother to that extent.

In view of the disposal of the appeal itself, on verification of the above facts, the application for withdrawal of the amount is allowed in terms of prayer clause [B] and [C].
