This application is filed seeking withdrawal of the amount of interest, which is accrued on the amount deposited by the appellants in this appeal.

The applicants rely on the order passed by this Court in Civil Application No.6508/2023 (Shivaji Rambhau Madane and others vs. MIDC, Latur and others) wherein, this Court, vide order dated 27.09.2024 had permitted the applicants therein to

*2* 14ca204o26 withdraw the amount of interest. This order dated 27.09.2024 is passed in similar matters arising out of the same proceedings in respect of other applicants. In view of the order dated 27.09.2024, this Civil Application can be disposed of. 3.

The Civil Application stands allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of interest accrued on the amount deposited by the appellants in this Court, on furnishing usual undertaking and the remaining 50% of the amount of interest is allowed to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety and security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The Civil Application is, accordingly, disposed of.
