The applicants seek to condone delay in setting aside abatement and bringing legal heirs of deceased Kusumbai Narsing Bhadre on record. It is informed that remaining are the legal heirs who are already on record. Those shall be treated to be her legal heirs also. 2.

The Civil Application is allowed. Delay stands condoned. Abatement is set aside and applicant nos. 2 to 5 shall be treated as legal heirs of deceased Kusumbai. Both the parties shall be at liberty to carryout the amendment.
