The present Civil Application is filed seeking withdrawal of amount. The amount is pertaining to arrears of rent. 5.

The learned Advocate appearing for respondent no.1/original petitioner has no objection to permit withdrawal of amount. 6.

In result, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B).
