It is submitted that Respondent No. 13 Janardan Ganpatrao Zodge died on 17.06.2025. The copy of Death Extract is filed on record. The present application to bring legal representatives of deceased respondent is filed on 15.09.2025 that is well within statutory limitation period. There is no contest to the application despite service of notice to the other side. Thus in view of Chapter II, Rule 3(i) of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960, the application is allowed.
