This is an application for permission to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court by the appellant under impugned judgment and award.

Perused the application. Heard learned Advocates for both the sides.

Learned Advocate for the respondent strongly opposed the application and prayed to reject the application. 4.

Considering the reasons stated in the application and the impugned judgment and award, it would be proper to allow this application partly. Hence, the following order:

ORDER

a.

Civil Application is partly allowed.

Applicants are permitted to withdraw the 50% amount alongwith interest accrued thereon on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

c.

Civil Application is disposed of.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 1268 OF 2025 1.

This is an application for granting stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award. 2.

Perused the application. Heard learned Advocates for both the sides.

Learned Advocate for the appellant submits that the appellant has deposited the entire award amount under impugned judgment and award and prayed to allow the application. 4.

Considering the above fact, Civil Application deserves to be allowed and is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A' and 'B'. 5.

Civil Application is disposed of.
