This is an application for permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the Insurance Company in this Court alongwith interest accrued thereon.

Perused the application. Heard learned Advocates for both the sides.

Learned Advocate Mr. M. R. Deshmukh, for respondent no.1 strongly opposed the application and submitted that huge amount of compensation was awarded by the learned Tribunal. He pointed out the admission of P.W. 1 regarding the amount of earning. He lastly prayed to reject the application.

Upon perusal of the application and the impugned and also considering the argument of both the sides, it would be proper to allow the applicants to withdraw 60% amount out of the deposited amount in this Court as per the impugned judgment and award. Therefore, the application deserves to be allowed partly. Hence, the following order:
ORDER
a.
Civil Application is partly allowed.
b.
Applicants are permitted to withdraw 60% amount out of the deposited amount by the Insurance Company in this Court alongwith interest accrued thereon on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
c.
Civil Application stands disposed of.
