Heard Mr. N. N. Narlawar h/f Mr. B. N. Gadegaonkar learned Counsel for the applicants.

This is an application to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased sole respondent Niranjan Govindrao Bakhal. Mr. N. N. Narlawar h/f Mr. B. N. Gadegaonkar, learned Counsel submits that during the proceedings of Writ Petition, sole-respondent is died. He submits that the delay, if any, is caused in filing the Civil Application, is due to the time consumed in collecting the information of the present respondents/proposed legal representatives of sole-respondent.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application stands allowed. Delay, if any, caused in filing the present application stands condoned.

Petitioners are permitted to amend the title clause of the Writ Petition by incorporating the names of respondent nos.1A to 1C as legal representatives of the deceased respondent.

Civil Application is allowed in above terms.
