Applicants seek condonation of delay of 5552 days caused in preferring first appeals. It is informed that acquiring body

2 56 ca 569.26 has also preferred first appeals and delay in said matters has been condoned.

Averments of the applications have not been seriously disputed by the respondents. There are no mala-fides on the part of the applicants in preferring appeals belated. Appeals filed by the respondent - acquiring body are pending for consideration on merits.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the applications are allowed. The delay stands condoned subject to forfeiture of interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period. Office shall register the first appeals. The civil applications are disposed of.
