The applicant has placed on record the certificate issued by the RTO indicating that the applicant was not the owner of the vehicle on the day the accident took place. He was ex-parte before the Tribunal and not appeared in the appeal.

Since the applicant was not the owner of the vehicle, and if the

2 901 CA 602-2025 award is to be executed against him, it would be a travesty of justice. The award therefore be not executed against the applicant till the next date.
