The applicant's next friend was his real father who died and therefore, his mother Mangal Chandrakant Gawali, the natural next friend to protect the interest of the injured appellant. Therefore, in the interest of justice, the application is allowed and disposed of. The amendment be carried out within a week from today. 2.
