The office to restore the first appeal to its original position subject to removal of office objections in the appeal within a period of three weeks from today and depositing costs of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) by the applicant, with the Library of the office of learned Government Pleader, High Court, Aurangabad, within a period of two weeks from today.

For that purpose, office to allow the appellant to remove office objections.

After removal of office objections and depositing costs in the application, the appeal be restored to its original stage. 7.
