CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 821 OF 2026 Civil Application No.821 of 2026 is file for condonation of delay of 410 days caused in filing the application for bringing the legal representatives of the deceased claimants on record. Perused the application. Heard both the sides. The learned counsel for the respondent No.2 strongly opposes the application.

Considering reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed as the delay is not caused deliberately and intentionally. Hence, the delay is condoned. Permission is granted to bring the legal representatives of deceased claimants on record. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of appeal memo and other applications, within one week from today. Civil Application No.821 of 2026 stands disposed of. In the remaining matters, the appellants / applicants are permitted to remove the office objections, if any, within a period of one week from today.
