This application is filed for permission to deposit an amount of Rs. One Crore as directed by this Court vide order dated 15.09.2015 passed in Writ Petition No. 8828/2015. Though the applicant was directed to deposit the amount in the year 2015 itself, the same could not be deposited for the reasons stated in the application. 3.

The learned advocate Mr. Chaudhari for respondent submits that, the amount be directed to be paid directly in the account of respondent. Hence, the following order.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The amount be deposited within a period of three (03) weeks from today with the respondent. The deposit of the amount shall be without prejudice of the rights of the applicant and subject to outcome of the appeal pending before the Central Government Industrial Tribunal, Nagpur.

The civil application stands disposed of.
