P.C. :- Heard Mr. Karande, learned advocate for appellant. By this application, a prayer is made to permit the applicant to deposit the cost amount of Rs. 5,000/- as per the order dated 8.7.2024 passed in C.A. No. 14683 of 2023.

Considering the submissions advanced, the applicant is permitted to transfer cost amount in the bank account of respondent as provided to him. The advocate for respondent to provide him details of bank account etc. within one week from today. 3.

Once details are provided, the applicant shall transfer the amount within a week. If details are not provided within stipulated period, the applicant shall be free to deposit the amount in this Court and
