By the present applications, the applicants pray for restoration of the SA/387/2014 to its original position by recalling the order of this Court, dated 10.11.2025, and condone the delay caused in filing civil application for bringing the legal representatives of the deceased appellant No.1 on record. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondents have opposed the applications.

For the reasons mentioned in the applications, same are allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C". 5.

Office to restore the proceedings to its original position. 6.
