It is submitted that the application is within limitation. Learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 does not oppose the application. 3.

Considering the averments made in the application and the fact that the same is within limitation, the application is allowed. 4.

The legal heirs of Respondent No. 2 be brought on record. Necessary amendment shall be carried out within a period of three weeks from today.
