The civil application No. 956 of 2026 is filed for serving notice to the respondent Nos.6 to 8 through paper publication. Perused the application. Heard learned advocate for the applicant. Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed. The application, therefore, is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C".

At the request of learned advocate for the applicant, he is permitted to serve respondent No.6 to 8 by private mode as is
ca956.26- -2permissible in law.

In so far as civil application No. 6065 of 2023 is concerned, the same is filed seeking stay to the impugned judgment and award passed by the Tribunal. Perused the application. Learned advocate for the applicant submitted that entire amount under award is deposited in this Court. In view of the same, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C" and disposed of.

The civil application No. 6064 of 2023 is filed for condonation of delay of 49 days caused in filing the first appeal. Perused the application and heard learned advocates for both sides. Learned advocates for the respondents strongly opposed the application. Considering the reasons stated in the application, it appears that the delay caused is not intentional or deliberate. Therefore, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed of. 5.
In first appeal, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 6.3.2026. Mr. Gore, learned advocate waives notice for respondentclaimants. Mr. Deshmukh, learned advocate waives notice for respondent No.11.
