The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he did not notice that Writ Petition No. 906 of 2023 was listed before the Court and that, by a common order, the Court had directed removal of the office objections, failing which the matter would be disposed of. As the office objections were not removed, Writ Petition No. 906 of 2023 came to be dismissed accordingly. 2.
He further submits that he subsequently became aware of the dismissal of the said Writ Petition and, therefore, the present application is filed seeking restoration of Writ Petition No. 906 of 2023 by condoning the delay of 184 days caused in filing the present application. The delay in filing the restoration application is neither intentional nor deliberate. He further submits that valuable rights are involved in the matter. 3.
Considering the submissions, the delay of 184 days in filing the application for restoration is condoned, and the order dated 07/05/2024, to Page 1 of
918 CA 995-2025 the extent of the present petitioner, stands recalled. Writ Petition No. 906 of 2023 is restored to its original stage. The application is disposed of. 4.
