Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicants and learned AGP for the State.

Notice issued to the Respondent No.2 is duly served which is evident from report dated 11.06.2025. None appears for the Respondent No.2.

Applicants are praying for condonation of delay of 2097 days in preferring appeal for enhancement. Learned Counsel would rely upon contents of paragraph nos. 3 to 6 for condonation of delay which is not controverted by the Respondents. There is no impediment in relying upon the reasons stated therein, for

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' on condition that Applicants shall not be entitled to interest and the statutory benefits for the delayed period.
