Learned Advocate for respondent no.2/Acquiring Body strongly opposed the application and prayed to reject the same. 4.

It is pointed out that in the order of withdrawal passed by this Court, inadvertently the words 'alongwith interest accrued theron' were not mentioned while permitting withdrawal. 5.

Applicant is therefore permitted to withdraw the interest amount deposited in this Court.

Civil Application is disposed of.
