At the outset, the learned APP seeks leave to amend prayer clause. Leave granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith. 2.

By this Civil Application, the applicants are seeking permission to withdraw the statement recorded in the order dated 14.07.2015 and 23.07.2015 in Writ Petition No.7098 of 2015.

Learned AGP has placed on record identical orders passed by this Court in Civil Application No.1137 of 2024 in Writ Petition No.8197 of 2015 and Civil Application No.1155 of 2024 in Writ Petition No.7174 of 2015 and submits that similar order may be passed.

We have heard learned counsel Mr. Deshmukh for the original petitioner. He would submit that, on oral instructions, he may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition thus, stands disposed off as withdrawn.

In that view of the matter, the Civil Application stands disposed of and the statement made by the learned AGP/Applicants as aforesaid stands withdrawn.

In light of disposal of the Writ Petition, the pending Intervention Application also stands disposed of.
