By the present Application, the Applicant / Insurance Company prayed for restoration of Appeal which has been

(( 2 )) 941Cri.appln1162-25 dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 06.08.2024 under order dated 04.10.2024.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Insurance Company is ready and willing to deposit the said entire amount as directed under Order dated 06.08.2024 within a period of one week from today and the counsel for the Respondent No.1 claimants has no objection.

In view of the above, the order dated 04.10.2024 is hereby restored in its original stage subject to deposit of entire amount under order dated 06.08.2024 before this Court within a period of one week from today.
