The service book of the employee Nehri Syed Iftekharuddin, who is working as full time teacher (FTT), is said to have been called in this Court and for want of it, pension papers of the said employee are not being prepared and forwarded. The learned Advocate Ms. Quraishi submits that the petitioners in the Writ Petition do not have any objection.

It is also pointed out that in respect of a similarly situated employee, this Court had already allowed a similar application being Civil Application No. 6820 of 2022 in Writ Petition No. 8775 of 2014 by order dated 15.06.2022.

In view of the consent, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed off.
