The present civil applications are filed for condonation of delay caused in filing the second appeals. However, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of the application for condonation of delay and appeal, the matter is amicably settled between the parties and as such, the appellants may be allowed to withdraw the present appeals.

Mr. Bolkar, learned counsel for respondents submits that he has no instructions in that regard. However, since permission is sought to withdraw the second appeals, permission is granted. The second appeals stand disposed of as withdrawn. Pending civil applications, if any, also stand disposed of .
