The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he did not notice that Writ Petition No. 910 of 2023 was listed before the Court and that, by a common order dated 07/05/2024, this Court had directed removal of the office objections, failing which the matter would be disposed of. As the office objections were not removed, Writ Petition No. 910 of 2023 came to be dismissed accordingly.

He further submits that he subsequently became aware of the dismissal of the matter and that the delay of 181 days caused in filing the application. The delay caused in filing the restoration application is neither intentional nor deliberate. He also submits that valuable rights are involved in the matter and prays for restoration of Writ Petition No. 910 of 2023. 3.

Considering the submissions, the delay of 181 days is condoned, and the order dated 07/05/2024, to the extent of the present petitioner, stands recalled. Writ Petition No. 910 of 2023 is restored to its original stage. 4.
