During the course of hearing, allegations are made by the applicants against contesting respondents about respondents preventing the applicants from taking away Sugarcane crop to the Sugar Factory. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicants/original petitioners submits that an affidavit is filed to that effect indicating such prohibition. 3.

This contention is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent.

Since, there is dispute with regard to the availability of the way from the land of respondents and as there is urgency for the purpose of removal of the sugarcane crop from the agricultural filed of PB-2-CA-1384-2025.odt

the applicants/petitioners, both parties are directed to file affidavit giving details on the issue. Similarly, learned AGP is requested to instruct Tahsildar of Karjat to appoint responsible officer to visit the spot for ascertaining the availability of the way for the petitioner to take away Sugarcane crop.

Considering urgency of the matter, stand over to 17.02.2025. 6.
