By the present Civil Application, the applicants are seeking permission to bring on record legal heirs of deceased-petitioner. 3.

Considering the averments made therein, the application is allowed. The amendment shall be carried out forthwith. WRIT PETITION NO. 6533 OF 2017 4.

By the present petition, the petitioner assails the order dated 12.01.2017 passed by the District Judge-2, Kopargaon in Misc. Application No.36 of 2016.

The learned counsel for both the parties submit that the suit is of the year 2017 and purpose of the petition would be served if this Court directs expeditious disposal of the suit.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court to decide Regular Civil Suit No.71/2015 within a period of one year from today.
