This is an application for permission to serve respondent - Neelkanth Pal S/o. Bhaouram Pal by way of paper publication. The learned advocate for appellant / applicant pointed out that respondent-Neelkanth Pal S/o. Bhaouram Pal is not served by regular mode. He, therefore, prayed for service of notice through paper publication.

Perused the application. For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) and disposed of.

Each of the appellants in FA/4198/2023 and FA/4297/2023 shall pay 50% of the charges towards paper publication.
