Learned advocate for the applicants pointed out that in Civil Application Nos. 1453 of 2026 and 1447 of 2026, the claimants who have died are already represented by their legal representatives on record of the First Appeals.

In view of the above, the applications are allowed with the clarification that only the names of the deceased appellants are to be deleted. Learned advocate for the applicants is directed to delete the names of the deceased appellants in the concerned appeal memos forthwith.

As far as Civil Application No. 14071 of 2025 is concerned, learned advocate for the applicant is directed to carry out the amendment in the appeal memo by bringing the legal representatives of the deceased appellant on record forthwith. 5.
