By the present application, the applicant seeks permission to serve Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 by way of paper publication, by publishing a notice in the daily newspaper "Punya Nagari", on the ground that Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 are deliberately avoiding service on one pretext or another, or are not found at their given addresses whenever the bailiff visited.

Therefore, for the reasons set out in the application, the applicant is permitted to serve the appellant Nos. 1, 2 and 4 in the appeal by substituted service by publishing the notice in the daily newspaper "Punya Nagari", Aurangabad edition, returnable on 05.03.2026. The applicant shall bear the requisite publication charges and shall produce copy of the news paper on record. 4.

Civil Appeal is accordingly disposed of.
